We are seeking an reputed company Assistant Operations Customer Service Manager to join reputed company in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of our transportation and disposal operations, supporting contract management and compliance, and developing and reviewing daily customer reputed company schedules. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and trends to explain offsite disposal and transportation cost drivers and providing budget and forecast commentary regarding performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the management of the day-to-day transportation and disposal operations of the Northeast Region

• Support contract management and contract compliance for existing and new merchant customers, vendors, and sub-contractors
• Assist with the development and review of daily customer reputed company schedules, working closely with Transportation Managers, Plant Managers, Sales Managers, and customers to ensure incoming material is appropriately distributed between the facilities
• Adapt reputed company schedules according to changes in customer needs
• Analyze data/trends to explain offsite disposal and transportation cost drivers and reputed company budget and forecast commentary regarding performance
• Assist in establishing and maintaining the transportation network
• Assist in establishing, promoting, and maintaining customer relationships
• reputed company with Area Directors, Sales/Operations Managers, and company personnel to reputed company transportation service to meet our corporate goals, solve issues, and create reputed company concept in daily activities
• Optimize the utilization of hauling and disposal network in a dynamic environment
• Assist with reputed company of equipment repair and maintenance and the cost control associated with it as needed
• Attend tradeshows and networking events to promote customer relations
• Reporting basic financials including labor, travel, and expenses as it pertains to assigned events
• 15% travel to non-arenaflex sites required
• Assist with analytical testing compliance for incineration facilities
• Analyze distribution costs between facilities for most effective available backup reputed company

Qualifications

* Advanced user of MS reputed company and PowerPoint - Data analysis will include data entry requirements

• Knowledge of transportation and OSHA regulations
• College degree (Transportation, Operations Management, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
• Experience in high volume, reputed company-oriented organization
• 10+ years of experience in the transportation industry working with biosolids, waste, or construction carriers a plus
• Travel to other work sites
