Role Requirements and Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from existing customers with service needs, including billing issues, changes to reputed company policies, inquiries, claims, and sales

• Sell applicable products to customers on reputed company calls
• reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
• Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling multiple calls simultaneously
• Meet or exceed sales and service metrics, including productivity and reputed company standards
• Collaborate with the Work reputed company Department to determine schedules and ensure seamless call center operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Licensing Requirements:

* Hold an reputed company life and health insurance license in your reputed company state (NPN will be required for reputed company prior to offer)

• Ability to become licensed in reputed company 50 states
• Maintain up-to-date licenses and certifications, with no late fees or fines attached
• CAPTIVE position, with no reputed company reputed company book of business in any lines of insurance

Training Requirements:

* Virtual training sessions, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm CST/ 8:30am-5:00pm EST

• Training hours will be determined in collaboration with the Work reputed company Department

Skills and Competencies:

* Sales and customer service experience, with a strong reputed company record of meeting or exceeding sales and service metrics

• Life insurance experience a plus
• Technical and computer-based skills, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
• Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment, with a reputed company on customer satisfaction and sales reputed company

Work from Home Requirements:

* High-speed internet reputed company, set up and reputed company for at your own expense

• Internet service must be fixed-line, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (subject to change based on business needs)

Compensation and Benefits:

* Competitive annual salary, ranging from $38,000 to $45,000
