As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling student loan inquiries, and ensuring accurate and efficient account updates. Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School diploma or GED
• 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment
• 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
