Responsibilities
As an reputed company Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims with precision and professionalism.
- Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
- Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working closely with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.
- Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and reputed company correspondence.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.

- 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred).
