As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping local businesses save reputed company on their credit card processing and reputed company their financial goals. You'll be responsible for:

• Helping business owners understand the benefits of our merchant services and how they can save reputed company on their credit card processing
• Prospecting leads through a combination of warm leads and referrals
• Attending appointments set by marketing and pitching arenaflex's products and services

• Checking in with National Sales Managers for support in closing new accounts and to receive additional training
• Following up with leads and moving them through the sales funnel
• Attending ongoing trainings to enhance sales skills
