We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Senior (CAR Sr) to join reputed company at our reputed company brand in San Diego, CA. As a CAR Sr, you'll reputed company a high level of customer service by assisting both reputed company customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their reputed company and rental needs. You'll reputed company knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to reputed company administrative support, service customers, and reputed company as a rental back-up in a large home reputed company reputed company or airport location.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Process returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
• Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services

• Responsible for notifying Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years old

• This position requires a valid reputed company's License
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

• Apart from religious observances, must be reputed company to work full time (40 hours/week) 3:00pm-midnight Thursday-Monday
