Key Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in the CAPU team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing accurate, reputed company, and courteous customer service to reputed company, parents, and the general reputed company reputed company phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Utilizing computer skills to document customer contacts, input information, and reputed company general customer account maintenance and updates
• Troubleshooting technical registration issues for WebGrants4Students, including error messages and browser/display issues
• Handling sensitive calls from customers, including distressed and upset customers, in a reputed company manner and referring them to a supervisor as appropriate
• Ensuring reputed company calls and issues are escalated appropriately for reputed company by an analyst or supervisor/manager
• Reviewing and processing a reputed company of semi-technical supplemental program forms
• Corresponding/responding to customers reputed company email and taking appropriate reputed company(s) in response to written correspondence
• Working in reputed company and Business Process Improvement environment to reputed company recommendations for reputed company improvements
• Tracking and logging student forms, as reputed company as gathering telephone statistics for the program as instructed

Essential Qualifications

* Currently enrolled as a college student attending classes during the regular term (Fall, Spring, and Winter, if applicable) at one of the accredited colleges or universities on our affiliation list

• Must be enrolled in at least six-semester reputed company or nine quarter reputed company for undergraduate reputed company; four-semester reputed company or six quarter reputed company for graduate reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

Work Schedule
