Responsibilities As a Part-time Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging and assisting customers across various inquiries through online chat * Delivering accurate information regarding products and services reputed company chat * Facilitating appointment scheduling by focusing on specific appointment details * Collecting customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company evaluation * Summarizing customer interactions based on their specific needs for reputed company consideration * Developing and updating a repository of knowledge on the latest products and services Work Schedule We're looking for team members who can reputed company to working at least 4-hour time blocks between 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM after the first week of training.
