We're seeking an reputed company Hybrid Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Servicing team in Troy, MI. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company to home owners insurance. Responsibilities

* Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with an average call duration of 11-14 minutes

• Respond to customer inquiries reputed company to home owners insurance, including payment and coverage questions
• Utilize multiple systems to research and document phone calls, ensuring accurate and reputed company reputed company of customer issues

Schedule and Work Environment

* First 30 days: On-site training from 9:30am to 6pm, Monday through Friday

• reputed company: 11:30am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to reputed company based on meeting adherence, reputed company, and attendance expectations

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive reputed company reputed company: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, depending on language proficiency (English or Spanish)

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or insurance-reputed company environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse customer reputed company
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Proficiency in multiple systems and software applications, with ability to learn new systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications
