Job reputed company As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, gathering information about their financial situation and goals, and educating both customers and loan officers about the next steps in the loan origination process. You'll also be responsible for setting realistic expectations, inputting data into our computer system, and disposing of customer files appropriately.
