Job Role
As an arenaflex Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and reputed company updates
- Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient service delivery
- Collaborating with reputed company team to maintain a reputed company and productive work environment
- Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those reputed company to customer service, data management, and team communication
Schedule
Our Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work from home Monday to Friday, with the following schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
- Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position
- Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a reputed company attitude under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to reputed company information into our customer database (Service Titan)
