As an reputed company Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers across multiple states and products. You'll be the face of our organization, demonstrating arenaflex values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve issues and address needs fairly and effectively, while identifying opportunities to improve our member and provider experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company service support to members and/or providers using one or more contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work, across multiple states and/or products (reputed company, Medicare, and/or Marketplace business).
- Conduct various surveys reputed company to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction to ensure we're meeting our customers' needs.
- Accurately document pertinent details reputed company to Member or Provider inquiries to maintain a high level of reputed company and consistency.
- Work regularly scheduled shifts reputed company our hours of operation, including lunches and breaks, and be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in an empathetic manner by identifying and exceeding customer expectations.
- Listen attentively, capture relevant information, and identify Member or Provider's inquiries and concerns to reputed company effective resolutions.
- Meet/exceed individual performance goals established for the position in areas such as Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives.
- Proactively engage and collaborate with internal/external departments to ensure seamless communication and issue reputed company.
- Take ownership of providing resolutions in reputed company-time or through reputed company follow-up with the Member and/or Provider.
- Support provider needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving member eligibility and covered benefits, Provider Portal, and status of submitted claims.

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in reputed company environment and collaborate with internal/external departments
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM software (e.g., reputed company, Pega, QNXT)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a contact center environment
