As an reputed company Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and reputed company through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will also be responsible for data entry, patient enrollment, and medication management, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of patient information. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State reputed company for Pharmacies or a broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting reputed company standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
