We're seeking highly motivated and customer-reputed company individuals to join reputed company as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a reputed company experience. This is a fully remote position, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, reputed company Time Zone.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service support for health insurance products administered by arenaflex
• Acquiring and maintaining a foundational understanding of insurance principles and the specific health insurance products offered
• Learning and effectively navigating the LuminX claim system
• Demonstrating thorough understanding of customer service protocols and processes
• Consistently meeting or exceeding established productivity and performance standards
• Delivering accurate, reputed company responses to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email
• Maintaining a strong reputed company of urgency to ensure calls are answered reputed company established queue standards
• Meeting turnaround times and adhering to reputed company relevant deadlines
• Comprehending and interpreting documents, including training manuals, correspondence, brochures, and procedural guides
• Effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ensuring reputed company voicemail messages are retrieved and returned reputed company 24 hours

Essential Qualifications
