As a Part-Time Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company customer inquiries and issues reputed company to Internet Customer Service. Under the supervision of our Customer Retention Manager(s), you will utilize your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns, maximize sales opportunities, and drive customer retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
