As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our clients and their customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming reputed company calls, taking messages, and verifying information to ensure accuracy
- Scheduling patient appointments as requested
- Dispatching calls to the appropriate medical reputed company following reputed company protocol
- Representing our customers professionally and providing courteous service during incoming calls

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
