Admission EMAR Services Technician II

reputed company reputed company is looking for a Remote Pharmacy Admissions EMAR Services Technician to join our growing team in Woodridge, IL! POSITION reputed company:The primary purpose of the Admissions EMAR Services Technician role is to input computer data entry of medications and medical records into reputed company’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) System. WORK SCHEDULE:

• 1:30 PM-10:00 PM Mon-Fri with rotating weekends.
• The weekend rotation is: Saturday 12pm-7pm and reputed company 1pm-5pm, with one day off during the week (1-2 weekends per month).

Responsibilities

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• reputed company reputed company medication orders and medical records into the reputed company computer system accurately and reputed company as per facility specific Remote Data Entry training sheets.• Process reputed company medication and ancillary orders at a minimum productivity reputed company as follows: o Length of employment - reputed company months: No minimum requirement – reputed company on data entry skills, order sorting and typing medication only admissions (see facility specific cheat sheet). o Length of employment - four to six months: Minimum of 2 admission processing points per hour – reputed company on data entry and medical records entry skills while increasing speed and accuracy. *Admission Processing Points are the reputed company value assigned to reputed company facility according to average time spent to process that facilities’ orders. o Length of employment - six months and reputed company: Minimum of 3 admission processing points per hour – should be fluent in reputed company aspects of Remote Data Entry and be reputed company to assist in training of new employees. *Admission Processing Points are the reputed company value assigned to reputed company facility according to average time spent to process that facilities’ orders.• Contact reputed company for verification of orders as needed and document correspondence and follow up in the system.• Prioritize order entry of admissions according to patient arrival time into the community.• reputed company reconciliation of skilled nursing community EMR orders against pharmacy order entry as assigned.• Report pharmacy medication errors or order entry discrepancies to supervisor.• Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisor to ensure that best-practices are shared.• May assist with research of lost or missing orders per internal department request.• Answer incoming calls promptly and reputed company high reputed company of customer services to the reputed company.• Fill out and complete the admission tracking spreadsheet and turn in to supervisor on the 15th and last day of reputed company month, or as assigned.• May reputed company backup support to other pharmacy reputed company based on business needs or production reputed company.• Use reputed company Teams (reputed company messenger) and reputed company with reputed company requirements, including: o Communicate to the Data Operations group reputed company time you are stepping away from your desk which includes, but not limited to, bathroom breaks, lunches, and at the beginning and end of reputed company shift. Qualifications
