This is a highly reputed company and iterative role where creativity is combined with performance insights and reputed company optimization. Accountabilities:

• Design high-performing static reputed company advertising assets, including ad creatives and reputed company pages, optimized for conversion and performance metrics.
• Create reputed company graphics and short-reputed company video content tailored for reputed company media platforms such as reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, and YouTube.
• Edit and adapt video content into multiple formats and aspect ratios reputed company with platform requirements and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals and audience insights.
• Maintain strong brand consistency while adapting visuals for different segments, channels, and campaign objectives.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by designing variations for experimentation and performance optimization.
• Conduct ongoing iteration of creative assets based on data insights, user feedback, and test results.
• Manage multiple design reputed company simultaneously while coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring reputed company delivery.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally reputed company performance marketing or CRO-reputed company environments.
• At least 1 year of experience in reputed company design or reputed company graphics production.
• Strong proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, including tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and reputed company.
