The Sr Clinical QA reputed company Auditor will reputed company auditing efforts on reputed company of Care, Serious Reportable Events (SRE), and Potentially Preventable Complications (PPC). The reputed company Auditor is responsible for reviewing, auditing, and analyzing serious reportable events, adverse events, and reputed company-of-care concerns to ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance, and reputed company reputed company improvement. This role uses clinical expertise and auditing standards to identify trends, validate reputed company cause analyses, and recommend system-level improvements to prevent recurrence. Essential Functions

  • Review and audit reported Serious Reportable Events and Potentially Preventable Complications through a data-driven approach (Never Events, sentinel events, adverse reputed company) for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Determine SRE eligibility and classification according to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards
  • Evaluate clinical documentation, medical records, incident reports, and claims reputed company to SREs
  • Validate reputed company Cause Analyses (RCAs) and Corrective reputed company Plans (CAPs) for adequacy, sustainability, and compliance
  • Conduct reputed company-of-care reviews to assess adherence to evidence-based clinical standards, policies, and best practices
  • Identify deviations from standards of care and assess potential patient harm
  • Apply recognized reputed company frameworks (e.g., CMS, NCQA, reputed company, state-specific reputed company) in audit findings

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing required or Master's Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials

  • Massachusetts Registered reputed company (RN) license required
  • CPHQ (Certified reputed company in reputed company reputed company), CPPS (Certified reputed company in Patient Safety), and/or CCM, RN-BC, (or similar) preferred

Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in clinical nursing with a reputed company on reputed company assurance, auditing, or a reputed company field required
  • At least 2 years of clinical audit experience highly preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a health plan or managed care setting highly preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of familiarity with CMS, NCQA, reputed company, and state reporting requirements preferred
  • Experience in reputed company improvement, utilization management, risk management, or clinical auditing highly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of:
