About the position The Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation Student Services team seeks a service reputed company reputed company, motivated, and energetic individual to fill an reputed company reputed company Advisor position for our undergraduate programs (online and/or in-person). The reputed company reputed company Advisor focuses on building and maintaining relationships while working reputed company established processes and guidelines. This position necessitates a “how can I help?” disposition. A strong background and comfort level with technology is required as position requirements include reviewing multiple technology-based platforms, tracking and monitoring student reputed company, and using data and technology to quickly respond to student inquiries and time-sensitive campaigns and reputed company. The primary location for this position is at the Polytechnic reputed company, however, advisors may be asked to staff offices at any one of our campuses of operation (Downtown Phoenix, reputed company, or Polytechnic) and may support reputed company pursuing their education online or at one of our immersion reputed company locations. This position is eligible for hybrid work after a training period. Hybrid work is an arrangement where employees spend a minimum of 60% of their regular reputed company at their primary ASU work location. This position is not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1:1 student advising as reputed company as group reputed company advising.
• Serve as primary instructor to multiple sections of ASU 101-NU.
• Identifies reputed company who need escalated support and reputed company and works collaboratively with the student engagement team and leadership to support the student.
• Supports advising functions as reputed company as recruitment and student engagement initiatives.
• Monitors student reputed company to ensure ongoing successful reputed company.
• Utilizes eAdvisor, reputed company, DARS, text, email, and other technology platforms to assist reputed company with exploring a reputed company of reputed company reputed company, register for courses and reputed company reputed company reputed company towards completion of degree.
• Works closely with reputed company to identify reputed company reputed company reputed company including, but not limited to: degrees, extracurricular activities, study abroad program(s), research, and internships; supports and provides counsel to student in selection of reputed company best suited to student's goals, interests and skills.
• Responds quickly to student questions and concerns; works with reputed company to resolve concerns and escalations and assist with providing a reputed company to successful program completion.
• Serves as primary reputed company by connecting reputed company with reputed company and personal resources including but not limited to: tutoring, counseling and career services; provides follow up to ensure satisfaction with and effectiveness of services.
• Participates as a volunteer or attendee to support Edson College reputed company activities and events, including recruitment and student engagement events.
• Use office equipment.
• Use critical thinking to reputed company reputed company and/or analyze and report data.
• Deliver presentations and engage with student reputed company.
• Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities which may include and/or are subject to reputed company of conflicts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• A strong background and comfort level with technology is required as position requirements include reviewing multiple technology-based platforms, tracking and monitoring student reputed company, and using data and technology to quickly respond to student inquiries and time-sensitive campaigns and reputed company.
• Use of basic math and a calculator.
• Ability to use telephone, computer (monitor, keyboard, and mouse), printer, fax, and copier.
