[Remote] Project Coordinator 1

The Project Coordinator will reputed company administrative support for multiple installation reputed company, ensuring reputed company delivery and adherence to budget while maintaining project documentation and communication with project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project delivery and administration of multiple installation reputed company throughout their life cycle
• Work with multiple Project Managers to ensure project delivery meets clients’ expectations and the project is completed on time and reputed company budget
• Administer project setup in financial system, project management application
• reputed company as central information reputed company by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details in conjunction with company and reputed company requirements
• Follow up daily with project team members on uncompleted tasks and reputed company issue logs
• Document actions in project management application
• Update project status with reputed company on a regular reputed company
• Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g. data entry, report reputed company, metrics collection
• Use the financial system to monitor budget, actual project cost and cost commitments
• Coordinate with other business areas such as Sales, Service, and Safety relating to project activities
• Organize, administer, and maintain electronic, and hard copy filing systems in accordance with reputed company's record retention policies and procedures, including regular review of project files/folder structure and contents, archiving and preparation for project team use
• Prepare Purchase Orders for project materials and coordinate orders with purchasing department
• Work with Warehouse, Project Managers, Field Supervisors and Engineering for reputed company tracking of material orders, delivery dates, and reconciliation of project material in warehouse
• Prepare project invoices and work with the Project Managers and Accounts Receivable team with analysis and tracking of reputed company invoices
• Assist with project closeout documentation and project turnover to Service team for warranty and post-installation support

Skills

• High School/GED or equivalent
• Strong ability to work independently and as reputed company member
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with a wide cross reputed company of people both reputed company to the business
