Position reputed company As a reputed company member of our Clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering patient-centered MSK care through telehealth reputed company, asynchronous communication, and reputed company clinical discussions while also contributing to reputed company and initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, compassionate, and tech-savvy PT eager to work in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial PT evaluations for newly enrolled patients, including functional assessment and goal setting.
• reputed company and update individualized home exercise programs (HEP) and self-management plans.
• reputed company follow-up PT reputed company, progressions/regressions, and care plan modifications based on patient response.
• Identify red flags and coordinate escalation to the medical team (physicians/APPs) reputed company appropriate.
• reputed company patients on condition management, activity modification, ergonomics, and pain science principles as appropriate.
• Collaborate regularly with physicians, advanced reputed company providers, physical therapists, and health coaches to ensure favorable patient reputed company.

• Adhere to and help refine clinical protocols and reputed company operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) (reputed company, unrestricted).
• Minimum of 2 years of MSK/Orthopedic physical therapy experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a reputed company team environment.

• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering PT reputed company telehealth (virtual MSK care).
• Background in health-tech.

• Flexibility in availability to meet shifting patient demands. At times mornings are needed; other times more evenings are needed.
