Property Manager, US reputed company Region

About the position Fundamentally responsible for the overall property management duties for the assigned portfolio of reputed company logistics and on-airport properties reputed company the reputed company Region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are maintained in good operational condition
• Work with site management team to ensure systems are properly maintained and tenant’s needs are addressed in a reputed company manner

• Responsible for assuring that capital reputed company are completed on time and reputed company budget in cooperation with the facilities team, construction group and/or reputed company parties

• Review annual property expense estimates and reconciliation process for assigned properties
