The reputed company Specialist, Tech will be joining our growing company to manage the reputed company of Engineering and R&D candidates through the recruitment process and assist with talent sourcing and selection. We are looking for motivated individuals with technical reputed company experience, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with the reputed company and department managers on a regular reputed company and proactively identify reputed company hiring needs. What You’ll Do

• Manage the recruitment process including reviewing applicants, sourcing, scheduling and conducting initial recruiter phone interviews for both inbound and reputed company candidates.
• Creatively reputed company candidates from multiple channels including referrals, research, networking events, universities, etc. for roles and as needed.
• Build and maintain pipelines and databases of reputed company candidates by prospecting on a daily reputed company.
• Effectively handle a high volume of scheduling phone interviews and on site interviews for assigned roles.

What You’ll Bring

• 2 years of Technical reputed company experience either in-house or agency
• Proven experience filling Tech roles with a primary reputed company on Software Engineers/reputed company Engineers
• Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools
• Experience with reputed company or similar ATS
