• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with reputed company software. • Prioritizes and implement requested changes to the system and analyze new functionality in releases to determine how it should be used.
• Maintains regular communication with reputed company representatives and work with the reputed company representatives and GHS' end user community to ensure the system meets the organization’s needs.
• Provides end user support during implementation; reputed company to serve as an application expert to assist in application roll-out.
• Applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve system issues to maximize system potential.

Supervisory/Management Responsibility

• This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.

Minimum Requirements

• Education - Bachelor's degree in Information services, health administration, business administration, health sciences or reputed company field of study
• Experience - Two (2) years of reputed company or integrated EMR experience

• In lieu of the educational and experience requirements listed above, an Associate degree in Computer Science or reputed company field of study and four (4) years of reputed company Information Technology experience in a Business Computer Science, or health care setting may be considered.
• In lieu of the educational and experience requirements listed above, a High School Diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years reputed company Information Technology experience in a business, computer science, or health care setting may be considered.
• In lieu of the educational and experience requirements listed above, one (1) year of reputed company build and/or support experience may be considered.
