We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Health Insurance Billing reputed company team. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for resolving patient medical billing inquiries, collecting payments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week contract position that requires a reputed company-based personal computer, high-speed internet, and a personal phone. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing EOBs (explanation of benefits) and resolving patient medical billing inquiries
- Collecting payments and assisting with patient inquiries regarding their medically billed charges
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and online chat
- Working closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company billing issues and reputed company reputed company resolutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including time tracking and productivity metrics
- Participating in online team meetings and company Q&A forums

- Reading and understanding EOBs, following up on denials and appeals, and maintaining accurate records
