As a Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our families through proactive communication, creative initiatives, and exceptional support. Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to reputed company support and build lasting relationships

• Handle customer-reputed company administrative duties, including data entry and reporting, assisting with programming and scheduling

• Hire, train, and manage an additional team member to delegate the responsibilities above

Qualifications
