About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers reputed company telephone and email. Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, as reputed company as general questions about policies and payments. Your excellent communication skills, politeness, and professionalism will be essential in delivering a courteous and helpful experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls and reputed company outbound follow-reputed company as needed, updating phone status accordingly.

Work Environment and Schedule
