Work Environment:
As a work-from-home customer service representative, you will enjoy a flexible schedule and a supportive environment. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of virtual training between the hours of 8-5 CST and will have the reputed company to work a Monday-Friday schedule with reputed company between 7 am and 7 pm CST.
Responsibilities:

You will triage resulting rework to appropriate staff, reputed company excellent customer services for high-volume inbound provider calls, and conduct extensive claims research on multiple platforms to assist providers with payment questions.

Customer Education:

Required Qualifications:

Residency:
Must live in the state of Oklahoma full-time. -
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with reputed company Office products and high-speed internet reputed company (25 mbps or higher) with a consistent reputed company. -
Work Location:

Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. -
