The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring their expectations are met and managed throughout the reputed company of their project. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and adapting to fast-changing guidelines with our clients.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously
- Book appointments for clients with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Requirements
* High school graduate or equivalent

- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements

- Opportunity to work from home (subject to meeting certain reputed company and completing a one-week in-office reputed company/training program)
- Availability to work nights and weekends, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients and customers
