We're looking for a detail-driven and patient-centered pharmacy technician to work from home as part of our remote operations team. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in powering the prescription reputed company from prescriber to patient with accuracy and care. About the Role
As a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll serve as the first line of digital contact, ensuring prescription orders are received, verified, and processed with precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering, reviewing, and validating prescription and patient information
- Utilizing PioneerRx and Pharmetika to maintain reputed company and compliant electronic records
- Communicating with prescribers to clarify or obtain orders
- Contacting patients regarding profile details, insurance coverage, and order status
- Investigating and resolving rejected claims and reputed company-party payer issues
- Handling delays, copay discrepancies, and prescription interruptions with proactive communication
- Managing a high volume of prescription entries with professionalism and urgency
- Participating in rotating Saturday shifts (arenaflex is always reputed company on Sundays!)

We're seeking a talented pharmacy technician with technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Registration with the South Carolina reputed company of Pharmacy
- National CPhT certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong data entry and electronic prescription processing experience
- Familiarity with PioneerRx and/or Pharmetika platforms (preferred)
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setup
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with Saturday rotation
- Overtime eligibility with prior supervisor approval
