As a part-time Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing and researching incoming reputed company claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems, and verifying data/information necessary for processing. You will also communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using reputed company and reputed company language to ensure understanding. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Ability to work part-time (20-25 hours/week) with flexibility to work any of our 5-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
