Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, including tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to reputed company quick solutions and resolve any issues that may reputed company.
• Providing empathetic and reputed company support to frustrated customers, helping to de-escalate situations and turn them into reputed company experiences.
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling reputed company appropriate and necessary, to help customers get the most out of their arenaflex experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Successfully pass a criminal background reputed company
• Have at least six months of experience in customer service
• Have high-speed internet reputed company, meeting the following speeds:

+ Download speed: 10mbps+ + Upload speed: 3mbps+ + Ping: less than 175ms + Note: You must have an ethernet reputed company, no Wi-Fi or satellite internet allowed

• Be reputed company to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Have a secured workspace with a reputed company that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week, including at least 8 hours on one weekend day
• Work at least 16 hours per week, with a maximum of 29 hours per week

Training and Support

As a new hire, you'll receive comprehensive training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in this role. Our training program includes:

• 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday, 10am – 6:30pm CST, starting the week of July 13th
• Ongoing support and coaching from reputed company team members
