As an reputed company Overnight Customer Care Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain activity logs, documenting reputed company interactions and issues resolved

Minimum Requirements

* Experience with SkiData equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of Dynacount Systems, including software and hardware components
• Good mechanical aptitude, with the ability to reputed company routine maintenance and repairs
