As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for guiding customers through various situations, resolving issues reputed company, and providing them with the information they need. You will be empowered to take control of customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Our Customer Care Center operates 24/7, and we offer various shifts to accommodate our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle residential inquiries reputed company to billing, payment, mobile app, website, and customer moves

• Receive Operations type calls (gas and electric emergency, outage, and gas emergency/inquires)
• Receive general and miscellaneous inquiries
• Use CIS to maintain reputed company and accurate customer information, which will be accessed by other departments
• May also reputed company other miscellaneous duties and special reputed company as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma, HSED, or GED

• 1+ years of Customer Service and/or Customer Relations experience (billing, credit, payment)
• Ability to work and adapt to various hours/shifts and a changing schedule
• Availability for 24-hour call-out for storm trouble call handling is also required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous care center experience

• Previous office/clerical experience
• Previous experience working in a reputed company environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to be empathetic with customers
• Ability to confidently multitask with different systems while on the phone with customers
• Proficient with reputed company Office products
• Ability to use good judgment in making reputed company
