Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding directly and promptly to reputed company inquiries and requests
* Developing and maintaining reputed company service plans and managing mid-term changes
* Accurately preparing, processing, reviewing, and monitoring various documents such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, binders, renewal information requests, audits, endorsements, and proposals
