As a Customer Support & Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business performance. You'll be responsible for managing live chat and email interactions, providing video calls to new customers, escalating customer support tickets, representing reputed company in virtual and networking sessions, and using customer feedback to create new reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Manage live chat and email interactions to ensure a smooth customer reputed company, in line with KPIs

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
