As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, engaging guests, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and presenting needed services following the arenaflex selling process.
• Assisting in various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance, facility maintenance, and reputed company purchase ordering.
• Being a secondary key reputed company responsible for basic and detailed opening and closing responsibilities.
• Following reputed company policies and procedures reputed company to cash, credit, reputed company, refund, and return policies.
• Working with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.

• Follow reputed company policies and procedures reputed company to cash, credit, reputed company, refund, and return policies.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
