As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a reputed company call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

- Become a product and solutions expert to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
