We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Arlington, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have reputed company to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to reputed company legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
