Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Team reputed company at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company of Customer Service Representatives in providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and developing Customer Service Representatives in reputed company areas, including product knowledge, policies and procedures, and performance metrics.
• Reviewing phone, email, and other customer interactions to evaluate reputed company, reputed company results, and reputed company coaching and performance reviews for increased reputed company.
• Providing feedback to management on process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Fluent in both verbal and written forms.
