As a Customer Service Representative – Fertility Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from patients, learning about their medical history and challenges with fertility, and working with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. You'll be the patient's reputed company, ensuring their experience is exceptional and their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Handle 25-30 calls (inbound and outbound) per day, ensuring reputed company and effective communication with patients and physicians

• Work with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring process efficiency and accuracy
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers
• Accurately obtain and reputed company patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment information
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve patient reputed company

What You Need to Do the Job
