A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our reputed company customers, handling incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your detective skills will come in handy as you identify problems and reputed company solutions to every issue. Whether you're assisting with scheduling services, taking payments, or updating customer files, you'll put our customers' minds at ease.
