We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in Biloxi, MS. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll also be responsible for promptly resolving any customer concerns and ensuring maximum reputed company satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services

• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
