Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring a reputed company and memorable shopping experience for every customer
- Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience
- Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
- Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintaining a clean and reputed company-merchandised store environment, including counters and shelves, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures

- Six months of experience in a retail environment
