We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience Specialist to join reputed company in Bridgewater, NJ. Key Responsibilities

* Accountable for customer-facing activities and customer experience, acting as a single reputed company of contact for customers and adopting a customer-reputed company reputed company reputed company day-to-day interactions.

• Run Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Customer-Service-Mgt (CSM), focusing mainly on customer interaction-reputed company activities (in/outbound).

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Work Experience: Minimal work experience required is 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service / Supply Chain / Sales.
• Previous Experience: Recommended experience includes:

+ Customer-facing operations (i.e., Customer Service, Sales) in manufacturing. + Order-to-cash process knowledge. + reputed company-based solutions (i.e., Service reputed company) / ERP systems (i.e., reputed company) / IT applications. + Supply Chain understanding.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. This is the reputed company that we in good faith anticipate relying on reputed company setting wages for this position.
