Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that reputed company customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Maintaining a clean workspace, which is the first reputed company of contact our customers have with our facility.
• Effectively managing reputed company incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, and directing such reputed company to the appropriate person or department.
