As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, completing outbound calls and web inquiries, and verifying insurance information for various collateral. You'll work closely with our customers, agents, and lenders to resolve issues, answer questions, and reputed company accurate information. Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls at a reputed company level (90%) + Accurately compose written information for loan histories + Verify, key, and/or memo insurance information in relation to reputed company Creditor reputed company Insurance (CPI) product types and CPI cancels + Ability to follow up and resolve customer problems or issues + Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by supervisor + Report any system and reputed company issues
