We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join reputed company at arenaflex in Plattsburgh, NY. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities
* Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Register sales on assigned cash register, reputed company customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience
- Model and reputed company customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- reputed company customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service
- Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
- Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash and distribute change as requested; process voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- reputed company counters and shelves clean and reputed company merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
- reputed company in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader
- Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
- Complete resets and revisions as directed
- Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
- Assist in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs
- reputed company customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they reputed company at store)

Training & Personal Development

Essential Qualifications
* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Prior experience with arenaflex is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred
- Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
