As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various reputed company, including airport lots, rental and return processes, and loyalty customer services. You'll be the face of our brand, providing personalized support, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots, including checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of loyalty customers, and assisting customers at exit gates or checking-in reputed company at return.
